I used Lawn Fawn Tag die to cut the tags. Also cut another set but this time I used pattern paper from A.C. To finish this cute tags I added gold sequins, white/red baker's twine and candy cane-flat button.

Christmas Hugs

Happy Sunday!!

It's time for a late Christmas card. I've send all my cards already, but there is always someone who I forget to send a card..

For this card I've used the cute Reindeer Love. in traditional red and green colours.

Dessinpapers are from Maja Design. I've used my favorite pearl makers for some dots all around.
The red flower is made from a My Favorite Thing die and red felt. Just some more green leaves (also dies) and a background doiley and there it is: a last minute Christmas card...

If you are also making last-minute Christmas cards with High Hopes Rubber Stamps, you can also join our CHALLENGE! Hop on over for a chance of winning 2 free stamps!!!

Snowflake Gift

I love snowmen! so when I saw the Snowman Flakes 4 U stamp in the new Winter Joy release I knew I wanted to make a card with him. I also fell in love with the colours of this paper and the result is a fun, winter themed card for a friend.

I coloured my stamp using alcohol markers and cut it out with a new to me die with scallops and stitches. It is hard to see in the photo but the "gift" snowflakes are coloured with a Spectrum Sparkle pen - fun right?! After colouring the trees, I cut a piece of sponge and used it add some white acrylic paint to add some "snow". Ribbon, some Nuvo drops and a fun silver snowflake charm are the finishing touches. Now...I wonder which of my friends would like to find this in their mailbox........

Snowman Cowboy

Howdy - MichelleO here today and I pulled out High Hopes Stamps new Snowman Cowboy and Winter Evergreen and had some fun building or coloring a snowman!

A bit of a Yee Haw Texas Cowboy Snowman huh? I stamped out the Snowman Cowboy and masked it to stamp up the Winter Evergreen behind him. I colored with my copies and then added some White Snow paint for some depth of snow. Loved adding it to the tree branches especially!

A Piece of scrap winter paper some black and white card stock for this image. Then I found the High Hopes Stamp "Think Snow" Sentiment… maybe we will get snow again soon here in Texas?? Wouldn't that be crazy fun??

My Copic colors used -

Penguin Shaker Tags!

Happy Monday Friends.
Today I'm playing with one of the new stamps from
the "Winter Joy November Release". Just the perfect penguin image to created some shaker tags!

This cutie is "Penguin Earmuffs" from High Hopes Stamps

To begin I stamped these images with Memento Tuxedo black ink and colored with alcohol markers. Fussy cut every single image and used C7 copic around the edges. To embellish those penguins I add Diamond stickles in his earmuffs and used a white pen to give interest.

Now to create the shaker tag. I used my Spellbinder circles, acetate window, 3D foam tape and put various sequins. The pattern paper are from my stash.
For finishing touches used red/black plaid ribbon and tied a bow with some lime green string.

That's all for today hope you have enjoyed today's post.

Merry Christmas, Eh?

Happy Friday to my High Hopes Fans!

I am sharing a fun High Hopes Christmas Card that I made with one of the older images from High Hopes.

This is Joey Snowy.
He reminds me so much of Frosty the snowman with his happy face!

I colored him with Prisma Pencils (spring green, cardinal red, black, orange)
I used B000 copic marker to outline him.
I created the snow with white Puffy Paint and the glittery stickers are Jollees.

The paper is from my favorite go to pack of Christmas paper by The Paper Studio.

Ice Skating Oops!

A couple weeks ago I attend my first ever weekend retreat with One Crazy Stamper. I had way too much fun, lots of laughs and well......you know ..what happens at the retreat, stays at the retreat!

Our welcome package included some 12 x 12 paper, ribbon, chipboard and a sketch and a challenge should we choose to accept it. Create a card or layout with the patterned paper in the kit but we could make it our own.

I decided Oops Oliver was the perfect stamp to match the paper in pack. I added a fun sentiment I had taken with me. I coloured him up, added silver gel pen to his skate blades and cut him out with a stitched oval die. Some silver ribbon and enamel dots finish off my card.
I didn't win the challenge - so many talented ladies played along - but I had way too much fun making this card!

Winter Kitty

Howdy - MichelleO here today and I am showing off a new image at High Hopes Stamps - how can you not fall in love with a Winter Kitty in a hat and scarf?

I just love this image! Matches up well with the Winter Puppy I used a few days back. I colored with my Copics (colors below) and then used LOTS of Viva Decor Sparkle pen. Has so much bling to it! My papers are from My Minds Eye Laundry Line collection. I love using non traditional colors with Christmas cards! So refreshing. And these papers have a glitter to them as well... love that! I sewed the layers down with a zig zag stitch along with some Core'dinations card stock. I punched out a EK Success tag punch and layered the sentiment "Meowy Christmas!" from High Hopes... such a perfect sentiment!!!

Copic colors used -

Adorable Penguins!

Hi HH Fans!
I've been wanting to try this style of "Flex or bendy" card for a while now and when I saw the Penguins from the High Hopes "Winter Joy" release I just knew they would work perfectly! Penguins hold a special place in my heart as they were my Grandma's favourites and they always make me think of her!
I found the card base file in the Silhouette store and used my Cameo to create the base. Then I stamped and coloured the "Happy PenguinPenguin Earmuff and Chilly Penguin" with my Copic Markers. After cutting them out with my Cameo, I popped them up with foam squares and added them to my little scene!
Here you can see how the cards works. You just tuck the tabs into place and it creates that "bend" in your card. You can still mail it as it will be flat when the tabs aren't tucked in!
Copics Used:
C1, C5, C6, C8, YR04, YR09, YR23, YR27
BG13, BG18, BG34, R00, R01, R81, R83, R85, R89

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed my card!

Happy Stamping!

Quick And Easy Christmas Card!

Hi everyone,
Carolina here back with a quick and easy set of three Christmas tags!

For today's I'm using "Peeking Ginger Tag"from High Hopes Stamps

I stamped my image with Black Archival ink into a pre-made manila tag.
To colored the tags I used the first color pencils set I purchased 10yrs ago (Earth Colors) from EK-SUCCESS not a good quality color pencil but, they still do the job...Lol! After the tags were colored I likely distress it with Vintage Photo, add some ribbon and red treat. The sentiment is an old sentiment set from my stash. That's all for today hope you have enjoyed today's post.
